Adolescent Counseling
Adolescence can be an overwhelming time—for teens and for the adults who care about them. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where adolescents can explore what they’re feeling, build coping skills, and feel understood without pressure or shame.

Child Counseling
Children often experience big emotions before they have the words to explain them. I provide a safe, supportive space where children can express themselves, build emotional awareness, and develop healthy coping skills in ways that feel natural and age-appropriate.
Using trauma-informed care and incorporating play, creativity, and expressive techniques when helpful, I work with children to gently explore their feelings while helping them learn tools for emotional regulation and resilience. I also collaborate with caregivers to support consistency, understanding, and progress outside of sessions.

Trauma-Informed Counseling
My approach to trauma treatment is both trauma-informed and trauma-focused, drawing from evidence-based modalities including EMDR, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
I also integrate humanistic and person-centered principles, as well as art and play therapy techniques when appropriate, to support healing in a way that feels safe, flexible, and individualized. Treatment is always tailored to your comfort level and paced to avoid overwhelm.
EMDR Therapy & Healing
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a powerful, evidence-based therapy for processing trauma and distressing life experiences.

I offer sliding-scale options and accept most major insurance plans. I am currently completing the credentialing process for Medicaid, Medicare, and Tricare, and will update the site once enrollment is finalized.
